August 4th 2012 at 8:57 PM is when Tosso.com officially started selling games. Thanks, Scott, for your order and for getting our little company started.

You see Tosso.com had been a dream of mine for many years. I actually bought the domain name back in 2007 when the domain aftermarket was fully inflated. The domain cost me 4k if you can believe that. For the next 5 years, it was always in the back of my mind as I ordered almost every outdoor game on the market to demo and inspected.

Finally, in early 2012 I started to purchase inventory, setup a fulfillment warehouse and started to build out the Tosso.com eCommerce site. Not much is written about that 5 year period when I was refining the concept and the site was just a dream. Not much was written about that first year of business either, but I want to change that with this blog. I intend to write about the concept, the business, the day to day and the people who work here.

Think of this as a behind the scenes look into this small eCommerce business. I truly believe that anyone can own and run an eCommerce site, it's the way you do it and the story you tell that will set you apart from the rest. With this blog, you can read about our story.
