We know that shopping online is tricky. You can't touch and feel the products while shopping online. Hopefully we did a good job describing the products and showing you photos and videos. Ultimately, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing you with the best on-line shopping experience in the business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send it back to us within 15 days of receipt for a full refund on the product total. Please note: All returned merchandise must be new, and complete with all tags attached, and still in original packaging.


Holiday Extended Returns

We know you will be shopping and buying holiday gifts early this year because of obvious reasons. To make it a bit easier we are extending our normal 15 day return policy to allow returns from purchases from November 1 thru December 31 to be returned until Feb 1. This give you plenty of time to shop early. Please note all returns must be in new


Order Status and Tracking

Hopefully nobody ever reads this, because everything we sell is in-stock in our warehouse and we have done everything possible to ship your package to you fast enough to blow your mind. But if you find yourself wondering where your order is, just keep reading. We fire off an email to you with the tracking information as soon as UPS picks up your package from our warehouse. I would check your spam filter to see if you got anything from us already. If not, go ahead and send us a quick email from the little yellow HELP button in the lower right corner of your screen. We will look up your order and let you know the status.


Shipping Policies

We do everything possible to ship your orders out fast! Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours pending credit card verification. Please allow 5-8 working days for ground orders. Due to the rising cost of shipping, our free shipping promotions are good for orders shipped within the contiguous USA only. 

Shipping and Carrier delays.
Most shipping carriers are extending the delivery times of expedited and ground shipments and not guaranteeing shipping times for merchants like us. We have updated our delivery time estimates to reflect these longer shipping times, but please note that these are just estimates and we cannot offer refunds for shipments that have carrier related shipping delays. 

International Orders (Shipments to Canada, Europe, Australia and Mexico)

For international shipments, we do not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by UPS International, FedEx International, USPS, customs, brokerages, etc. are to be paid by the customer and duties/taxes/fees may vary depending on the country and some cases the province where the final destination of the order is shipped.

Return Policy

This is the simple part. We have a no hassle 15 day return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with anything that you ordered, you can return it within 15 days for a full refund on the product total.

  • Conditions: All returned merchandise must be new, and complete with all tags attached, and still in original packaging. No returns will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise has been used or damaged in any way. Customer pays for return shipping.
