If you are using these to make your own set you will need a 1 1/8 but to make pocket holes. Finish is smooth and glossy.

I bought the Tosso - wooden frame - with soft bolos. Good looking and well made. One of my ladder rings had a defect from shipping. I emailed company and got an immediate response and new rungs in a few days. Very happy with everything.
