Our Giant Chess pieces are made from PVC that is both UV treated and waterproof. Our giant chess peices come in two parts which allows for sand or water to be added to the base for weight. The pieces weigh approximately 2lbs each and are perfect unfilled in all but very strong winds.
Not all Giant Chess pieces are created equal. Compare the different Giant Chess Sets on the market and look at the detail of the different chess pieces. The details of the pieces, especially the King and Queen is often a reflection of the overall quality of the set.
Please note that our Giant Chess Pieces do not include a playing surface or storage bags but those are available for purchase on our site.
We offer the choice of either a Plastic Giant Chess Board or a Nylon Giant Chess Mat
